Enterprise access model
Sustainable Talent operates one client access hub with two clearly named destinations. Access is granted to verified corporate email addresses, scoped to your organization, and governed through role and client based permissions so people only see what they should.
Access is provisioned to named users at your company. Personal or unverified addresses are not granted entry.
TalentOS supports Google sign in and magic link today, with enterprise SSO available where configured for the client. Candidate Review opens through secure branded magic links.
Every user sees only their organization’s data. Per client and per role permissions govern what is visible inside TalentOS and Candidate Review.
Access is added, changed, and removed through a governed process. Candidate Review links can carry password protection or expiry where configured, supporting GDPR conscious workflows.
