Why don't you publish per-seat pricing?

Contingent programs aren't SaaS. A 50-contractor US program and a 200-contractor 30-country program are nothing alike. Per-seat pricing penalizes scale. We price the program, not the user.

Do we need to replace our VMS?

No. We're VMS-replacing for mid-market and VMS-extending for Fortune 500. We sit beside Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, Coupa, or any incumbent, operating the lifecycle and governance layer they were never built for. No VMS? TalentOS becomes your system of record at the Operate tier.

Do we need to bring our own EOR?

How fast can we go live?

Mid-market typically operates within weeks. Enterprise follows a structured rollout against your procurement, compliance, and HRIS milestones. Usually 6 to 12 weeks to full production.

What's not included in pricing?

Contractor pay-through and direct labor cost are passed through transparently. No hidden markup in platform fees. Custom integrations beyond standard HRIS, procurement, and AP connectors are scoped separately. Everything else is included in the tier: embedded employment infrastructure, payroll, classification, country compliance, and audit trail.

Can we move between tiers?

Yes. Most programs start in Operate or Govern and graduate as scale, geography, or governance grows. TalentOS infrastructure is constant across tiers. No re-platforming when you expand.
